Servis Personnel is looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join the company.

Salary: £26,000 per year

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 / 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Rotating Out of Hours Service with Pay Enhancement. 1 week in a month

Remote Working – Out of Hours Service – 17:00 to 23:00 and 07:00 to 08:00

Duties:

• Oversee the client process from sourcing healthcare clients to closing opportunities and earning commission
• Selling and negotiating
• Managing client expectations throughout the placement process
• Oversee the candidate end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through onboarding and placement
• Frequent monitoring and ensuring all candidates are updated on each stage of the progress of their recruitment to placements.
• Being creative with your advertising and marketing of clients and candidates
• Writing job adverts and ensuring ad response and all appropriate communication is made in a timely manner
• Supporting with general administrative duties
• Keeping on top of personal progress reports when required

Experience and requirements:

• Ideally from a recruitment or healthcare background although not essential
• You will receive pay enhancements for remote working outside office hours
• Keen eye for detail
• Goal orientated
• Be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
